• Game Statistics: Your game statistics, including but not limited to scores, win/loss records, rankings, and performance metrics, may be displayed on the BocceBroadcastNetwork livestreams, on our website, and in other public contexts related to bocce league activities.
• Livestream Display: When games are broadcast on the BocceBroadcastNetwork, player names, team information, and real-time statistics may be shown to viewers. By participating in games and using our Service, you consent to this public display of your bocce-related information.
• Profile Information: Any information you choose to make public in your player profile may be visible to other users and the general public.

You maintain control over your profile settings and can choose what additional information (beyond required player name and statistics) you wish to share publicly.

5. Payment Terms

Certain features of BocceLabs require payment of fees. By purchasing a subscription or service, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
